Please do not bring extra people or Pets to your appointment. Only service animals are permitted in the studio.

Please read Pre/Post care 24 hours before your appointment.

It is important that you arrive to your appointment makeup free.

Due to Covid-19, it’s a requirement to wear face mask during your procedure.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.

Your money, whether it is a deposit or the whole fee, can be returned under the following conditions:

  1. We cancel your appointment due to any circumstances under our control.

  2. We have to reschedule your appointment for any reason.

  3. You are unable to make the appointment and you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

AFTER HOURS APPONTMENTS

Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.



REBOOKING+CANCELLATION+NO SHOW.

  1. Rebooking or cancellation has to be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or your card on file will be charged a fee of $50. No exceptions. Contact us via email to infoprecisestudio@gmail.com, or text to 571-431-8392.

  2. We cannot guarantee an available spot for another date within a week of your appointment.

  3. Your card will be charged a fee of $50 if you refuse the service less then 48 hours in advance or no show.

  4. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged $50.


REFUND POLICY

You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with the service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with the service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minutes express touch up if its at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

PRICING

Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice and non-negotiable. Current pricing can not be guaranteed for future appointments.

WEATHER

In the event of snow and severe weather conditions, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for safety reasons.

SERVICE

We aim to always provide you with quality service and attention to detail for every session. Despite all the efforts, there are certain facts that are beyond our control: the healing process and healed results of your permanents makeup.

RESULTS

There will be no guarantee made to you for the healed results of your permanent makeup, as each client will heal differently and many factors will influence the healing process that may give you less than desirable results.

For most clients, a Follow-Up session is recommended to obtain optimal results. Make sure you schedule your 6-8 weeks follow up session.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

I reserve the right to refuse service to clients that have/appear to have conditions that are unsafe/unhealthful for permanent makeup. These conditions include but not limited to the list on Am I a Candidate? page

If you book an appointment while disregarding these conditions, this may result in your appointment being cancelled and forfeiting your deposit.

DEPOSIT

A refundable deposit is required to book and secure your permanent makeup appointment. Due to the exclusiveness of the service and limited availability, the deposit will ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment.

The deposit is due upon completing your booking via online booking system and will be deducted from the total price. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: The deposit is only refundable when the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
